Gymnastic Rings in the Park

Service Description

Each class will include a mix of locomotion and primal movement patterns to develop mobility alongside gymnastic strength training work on rings. Specific focus for the summer term will be on practicing: (1) straight arm strength: hanging knee raises and Skin the Cat (2) bent arm strength: Dips, Pull Ups, Muscle Ups (3) straddle mobility (Cossacks, side splits or pancake splits), (4) backbends (Sissy squats, Macaco and Walkover). All levels welcome!
