Service Description

This class is suitable for anyone wanting to learn how to balance on your hands. The class will focus on building strength for handstands and the foundational drills on the wall to start developing your freestanding handstand balance. The class will be suitable for beginners and intermediate students who are not yet consistent in their free handstand.
