Service Description

In this class, students will explore 5 foundational inversion patterns: headstand, crow pose, handstands, cartwheels and elbow levers. Through this practice we will strengthen the wrists and shoulders, and improve body awareness and balance. The work in this class is designed to supplement and support the drills and practices in the weekly handstand classes, and offer a fresh perspective on inversions. Think more of playing with variation rather than zooming in on a single skill.
