Strength and Stretch
Open Level - all abilities welcome

The classes will work to develop the four pillars of Gymnastic Strength Training: straight arm strength (eg. Skin the Cat or Chest to Wall Handstand), bent arm strength (eg. Push ups or Pull Ups), straddle mobility (eg. side splits or pancake splits) and backbends (eg. Sissy squats and bridging). All levels welcome!
If you are no longer able to make the session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance so other people have a chance to make it to the class.
