Service Description
I look for students who already have some investment in a physical practice but who feel they want extra support to delve deeper into that practice and gain more insight into how to optimise their physicality and master their goals. Students should be willing to commit to at least an hour of daily practice between sessions, and be keen to be involved and independent in their learning. Asking questions and bringing problems to the table to work on is encouraged! The goal is for me to support you as we figure things out together.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling and Rescheduling Sessions Please remember that 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations - after this period the full session payment is due. If you are unable to make a session after this cancellation period is up, please show me the courtesy of letting me know as soon as possible so I can plan my time accordingly. Cancelling for sickness or injury If you are ill or unwell on the day of your session please do not attend the session anyway - contact me directly on 07480213174 and I will rebook you for another time slot - training when unwell will only prolong your symptoms and risk spreading the infection to me or my other students. Stay safe and warm, rest and stay at home!
