Acro in the Park

Service Description

This class will explore 2 key elements: partner games and flow practice. The first part of class will be a playful exploration of mobility and stability tasks in pairs, before moving into practicing specific acrobatic movements. In the second half of class we will come together to work on integrating acrobatic language into flowing sequences and improvisations.

Cancellation Policy

If you are no longer able to make the session, please make sure you cancel as soon as possible so other people have a chance to make it to the class.
