Handstands in the Park
Service Description
Classes will focus on building strength and learning the foundations for balancing upside down. We will work towards practicing technique using balance drills on the wall, as well as exploring confidence in freestanding arm balances, including cartwheels, headstands, handstands and elbow levers. The class is open level, so students can work on each element at their own rate and is ideal for beginners who are just starting out, all the way to intermediate students who are working towards a 60 second free handstand (more advanced handstand students may wish to enquire about 1:1 coaching).
